If someone takes a County Court Judgement against you without your knowledge and you still have other debts, can you take out an IVA

hi Janed123 - welcome to the forum. You would have to be informed about the CCJ. how do you know you have a CCJ ??

Yes you can include the debt/CCJ into an IVA (unsecure debt/excludes court fines etc). It does not cancel it but make the CCJ impossible to enforce as the debt is bound into the IVA

You should have received notification of a CCJ and as ginger says, it can be included.

If you've not already taken advice then visit www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews and give one or two a ring for some free and impartial advice.
