Hello everyone,I am a bit worried about my new mobile phone contact.I have renewed it last week on a 24 month deal with a free phone as i was allowed an upgrade with my provider but im now worrying that would this cause a problem with my iva. When i first took it out i told them that i pay a rolling month contract for £20 a month but im am now paying £24 month will this cause problems for me or am i ok please someone put my mind at rest many thanks.

Don't worry, this won't cause a problem. Several posters (myself included) have upgraded whilst in an IVA so don't worry about that. The fact that you are paying an extra £4 a month won't matter either - I presume you'll just take the extra from one of your other allowances?

As long as you can find the extra £4 a month from one of your other allowances you'll be OK, it's neither here nor there. Just ensure it's all included in the next review.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

Hi
You have nothing to worry about, when you fill in your new income and expenditure details put down 24 pounds for the cost of your phone.
