Hi
Anyone just watched the dispatches programme
How do you know which are genuine companies and not?
Didnt understand the couple at the end who had gone bankrupt, why did it show them still unable to cope - maybe i missed something ?

Was a real eye opener for me - a must watch for those like me who have never had dealings with debt collectors before - as i'm sure most of us haven't

I love this kind of program, and i know exactly where the Marlin building is, ooops fire, fire. I'm effing furious, what a vile cancerous pillock arse that Mark is. I hope the program arms some people with confidence to deal with these parasitic lying arse wipe companies in the future, well done Dispatches

I didn't understand the couple at the end - how come they are still getting letters and demands from creditors if they are BR, and why aren't they paying their council tax and water rates?

I'm not sure to be honest but from the way she was talking I thought they were recent letters. I was trying to read my book at the time!

Yeah, i think it's just confusing editing, i kind of get the idea that is what BR looks like in the run up to, it's quite confusing, and if god bless them they are BR it's time they pull themselves towards themselves and get the kitchen finished, i mean that in a fair way. Though Skip i do get your vibe

I agree Quark - if they are BR they need to try and move on and make sure they pay their priority bills.

If they're not yet BR, they need to take advice pretty quickly.

It's a shame their circumstances weren't made clearer.
