Hi i am trying to get restriction removed from land registry my iva was with debt matters and then moved and completed by grant thornton in 2013 but debt matters put restriction on and the land registry is now asking for a copy of assignment document because debt matters didnt complete the iva.has anyone any info or cantact number to obtain a copy many thanks

I did fill in rx3 form and sent my completion certificate in but they need a a copy of assignment document that is was moved to grant thornton which i dont have the restriction was in the name of debtmatters.thankyou for any help
The ip was called david rankin.
The grant thorntorn ip that completed my iva was mark ronald allen.i cant seem to find any contact details grant thornton to confirm they bought the iva from debtmatters.

Grant Thornton became Aperture, who then passed their caseload to Jarvis, who have changed their name to Debt Movement.
I am not qualified to give advice and can only state my opinions, based on my IVA experiences.
Thankyou all for your help i e-mailed debt movement and had copies of what i needed within a few hours hopefully get this sorted now.once again thankyou
