Hi

My iva is completed via a full and final settlement a year ago upon checking my credit file to clear up a bit I’ve noticed miss payments being recorded after the date of the iva got approved is this right or should no miss payments be recorded after the approved date of the iva?

Missed payments will still be reported, if the creditor decides to do so, during the life of the IVA and will show for six years after the default date of the loan involved. This should be on or about the start of the IVA and the default and payment record will disappear at the 6th anniversary.
