Hi all.
My 2nd review is coming up and my IVA was transfered to a new company (though it has the same director and is in the same building as my old even some of the staff are the same I believe) the IVA is based on household I/E and at the start I only had to give my bank statements and wageslips, on my first review one of my girlfriends wageslips was asked for but she refused saying its not her debt. My supervisor asked if I supplied one at the start and I said no, the 1st review went ok, where do I stand if the new company asks for her wageslip as she is adament on not giving it.

I would imagine if she doesn't give a payslip then they will assume she is able to pay 50% of the household costs and work out your payment based on that. Hopefully one of the experts will be along shortly though.

She is perfectly entitled to keep her financial affairs private. In such cases the IP will work on a 50 / 50 split of expenses, so your IVA payment would be based on your net income, minus half of the household expenses.

I took a closer look at my first annual review report and under partners wage amount it states verbal confirmation as partner unwilling to disclose wageslip, also my proposal only mentions my wageslips to be provided at review time.

Received an email today saying that my review was now due, they asked for 3 months proofs of earnings and 3 months bank statements. I was not expecting the review until Jan ad have not had a chance to go over my I/E which I wont have time to do until Tuesday, are they likely to be ok with that?

You need to respond within a reasonable time frame --- and a week or so to get stuff together is reasonable, especially with Christmas looming, so there shouldn't be an issue.

Best of luck with it --- reviews are a faff, but generally pass relatively painlessly.

I would ask that they consider the known increases in utility bills and national insurance etc during this review, otherwise, those will kick in and you will struggle early on during this year.

I have made adaptions in life to include those. IE my hobbies which due to covid have had restrictions placed on but I left the amount for that in just in case things improve.

I recieved an email stating after reviewing my I/E payments will remain the same. No increase.
