Hi,

so meeting is next wednesday and obviously coulnd't wait any longer without having news so i went ahead and called creditfix.

The guy on the phone as usual reassured that they wouldn't of put it forward if they weren't confident it was gonna be accepted. He also told to try call again tomorrow cause they should have had some feedback by then.

I now have a question. If the creditors had requested mods, creditfix would have gotten back to me by now to ask for the approval? Am i right or is this not the way it's supposed to work?

The creditors have until the day of the meeting to make any decisions you may not know of any mods before then. I know it's easy for me to say but try not to stress too much this weekend and enjoy it as much as you can.

If a mod has already been proposed CF might just deal with it if it relates to them ( often re. fees) or they might be countering it to try to talk the creditor round, so, until the actual day of the meeting nothing is set, so they will not usually divulge such things ahead of time.

So I've spoken to them this morning, seems like the only vote that's come through at this point is zopa(yes) which uses the same representative as Aqua marbles and up to the guy I spoke to that most certainly means that aqua won't be voting.
Zopa is my smallest creditor (£150) and the guy said if no other votes were to come in this vote would let the Iva go through which sounds like an absolute joke.
