Hi all,
Just had a weird email from a creditor, I've emailed my IP to find out what's going on as my annual review has just come up.
We are writing this email to let you know that we were recently informed about the termination of your IVA with the agency, Bennett Jones Insolvency.

We are happy to inform you that all your statements with Klarna have been fully paid. Therefore, no further payments need to be made.
Your account has now been unfrozen and you may begin purchasing using Klarna.
Does anyone know what this might mean? Klarna were a small debt so my initial assumption is that their debt is now paid off?

Thanks!

I am afraid that I am at a loss as to what this means without access to your file with your IP. Please do let us know what your IP says.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
