Is a text from FWG about a missed payment spam? I have checked bank statement and it's all gone through and I rung and paid extra for the overtime I did. Tried ringing to see what is going on but office is closed until Monday. Phone suspects it's scam but still worried.

Until you speak to the office you won't know. Hopefully it is just a blip but confirm with them on Monday. You have made your payment and have proof of that so you should be ok.

As Kallis says, you will need to wait until Monday and then call them on a known number. DO NOT use any links or numbers given in the text.

Thank you
I've never missed a payment so I'm just stressing there's something I've missed but I've trple checked everything so can't figure it out

It is odd because the number in the text is the actual FWG number but I clicked on link and it says unknown (stupid for clicking on it I know )

I will ring them again Monday

Scammers can manipulate data so that their real number is displayed as any number they wish in a text or even on caller I.D.

Or give Ian Williams a message on his email address and he will look into it for you: ian.williams at financialwellnessgroup.co.uk (pop the usual @ in place of the 'at' .... we write it like this in posts so that spam bots and web crawlers don't pick it up as a live address and spam it).
