Am I paying too much into my IVA?

I am currently in an IVA with Jarvis insolvency. My initial total debt was 41,329, my repayments are £370. Can you advise if this amount is appropriate to level of debt or does it sound to high a repayment? Also I first signed up with Aperture and was the. Transferred to Jarvis without much explanation however I had already signed all documents.

It will have been sorted out on your affordability and your amount of debt plus fees. You will always owe the full amount of your debt until your IVA is finished.

The payment amount has no relationship to the debt amount. In every case it is simply your net income, less allowed living expenses.

It depends on what your disposable income is, after allowing for reasonable living expenses.

Every case is individual.
