Step change final review
Anyone know how long these normally take ?
I was told our file was due for review 2 weeks ago, we haven't heard anything since

It will all get embroiled wwith the completion process, I imagine, I think Stepchange are not too tardy with this, so shouldn't be too long.

I am part way through my second review with them, my first one took 4wks, my second one is 2wks in and still not heard back. I know it's a bit different to a final review but might be an indication of times.

Sandybrowneyes... It's back today! I emailed them my forms 2wks today,and got home to a brown envelope from Leeds. They didn't email this time. Small increase in payment compared to increase in income as I have declared a lodger with me. And no questions asked about the couple of just eat entries on my statement last month, which had worried me. I know you have to eat but it seemed quite frivolous on paper (the behind the scenes fact was that I ordered and my boyfriend gave me a tenner in cash towards it, so I only paid £4 and used the £10 on my shopping)

Hi Mrs Brown,

Try not to worry over the small things (just eat). The IP know were are all human!
The most important things are declaring and paying any extra income, which you already did so its all good :@)
