Hi everyone! Finally, last payment made last Monday 7 years into IVA, i have emailed Aperture as advised by their customer service so to proceed to closure. Should I just wait for their reply?
In my client portal, no more payment needed is showing. And is the Anniversary date October 2019 means the release of the most awaited Certificate of Completion?
Thank you very much for all your help, this forum has helped me a lot!
Keeping my fingers crossed, for being officially debt free life soon
aperture are really slow at releasing the certificate, mine finished on september 12 last year and i got the certificate in march this year after i hounded them weekly with emails. in the december i thought it would be a nice xmas present getting the certificate but it turns out they hadn't done a thing with it, i was not best amused
That's good news - hopefully your completion letter won't be long.

Well done, personally I found waiting for the certificate was the worst part but when it finally came it was great. Still have to remind myself its over but am still on insolvency register so that will be the final release. Hopefully you will hear soon.
