They can adjourn the meeting for up to 21 days, until they beat a "yes " out of them.

I’m hoping that if NatWest get back to them tomorrow with a yes then they can sort it really don’t want another 21 days of going through this stress it’s taking it’s toll 😥 I had 12 creditors so basically 10 have said yes and 1 has said no but the deciding vote is now with NatWest who having looked at the forum have agreed a lot of others so I’m still holding onto hope.

Still no vote from NatWest they have been chasing them all day and apparently told them how poorly it is making me waiting for a decision I’m an absolute mess. They said they are sure I should hear by Friday so got to wait 😞😫

They assure me it’s natwests workload and not an issue with my proposal, he was positive about all the ones that have said yes and tried to assure me but I just cried and said it’s my sons birthday on Saturday and I’ve not slept in days and I don’t want to ruin his birthday feeling the way I do so I’m hoping they take that onboard and keeping pushing them for an answer

I thought if a creditor didn't vote by the deadline then their vote is given as what the majority voted for. In my case only two of 12 creditors voted and they both approved it so the rest are declared as approved.
