Just checked my clear score credit file been in a Iva for 2.5 years and it now says “ discharched undefined “ I’ve 3.5 years to go ? Not had no letter to say it’s finished ??
It says it’s still current , I had some issues a few months back as they wanted to increase my payments by treble so I cancelled my DD but payed by the payments auto line ...

Did you pay the usual amount, or did you pay the increased amount ? If you paid the usual, you might be in arrears, which could cause a breach.

I paid what they asked me for they did another income review over the phone which I found weird so if I breached by not paying enough what they asked for would it automatically be discharged ?

It shouldn't be --- if you breach they should send a Notice of Breach and give you the chance to correct it.
