My f&f offer has been accepted, woohoo! Judy waiting to see if I will get the redundancy now.
I just want to check that once it's gone through and three months have passed, the restriction on our house should be removed, is that correct? I see from other posts that they can still try and get me to look into PPI down the line but I don't want any other nasty surprises when I'm thinking it's all done and dusted. Thanks

The restriction should be removed when they issue the completion certificate ( this can vary from a few weeks to 6 months). Best to check that they have done it when you get that certificate.

Thank you. Is there an easy way to do that or I guess I could just ring our mortgage provider?

First ask the IP to confirm that they have done it ( they sometimes forget ), then a few months down the line look up your Register Entries on the Land Registry site (the .GOV site, not those that try to look official).
