Had creditors meeting today Friday 22nd March 2019.my up is Aperture.they didnt state time of meeting.phone at 5pm as hadn't heard anything .person on phone said department who deal with meetings all away home so it will be Monday before I find out result of meeting!!! Does this mean my iva has been rejected as my husbands was passed approximately 2 weeks ago and they rang that afternoon to set up direct debit.

No it doesn't mean bad news --- Aperture are among the worst firms for communicating meeting results in a timely manner --indeed for communication generally !

Unfortunately they have said now no one in to Monday so will be a long weekend for me unless I get a rejection letter in the post tomorrow. I got one of those with no phone call a month ago when I first applied for aperture for an iva.all creditors voted yes apart from hmrc who didnt vote and credit union who voted against. Credit union had 33% of vote but they hadn't taken my savings amount off loan leaving them with only 23% of vote so had to apply again once they had moved savings over off loan.so if everyone voted the same as last time and HMRC didnt vote I would pass with 77% of votes.has anyone had a creditor change their mind and voted the opposite way when nothing on income /expenditure has changed within 4 weeks? Also would aperture not phone to set up direct debit straight away?? Think it's strange that the person who answers phone can see what's happening when they put in my reference number!!!!

The vote this time will depend on who votes --- if any creditor who said yea last time doesn't bother to vote this time that could put the credit unions share up ---as it is a percentage based on those who vote, not on the total make up of the full debt.

In that case would they not adjourn and try to get them to vote for a second time?

They might do if they think they could swing the vote --- but, it might just be that the meeting chairman just hasn't got around to writing up his report, especially if your meeting was later in the day.
