IVA five years done next month, it was paid off three years ago as lump sum. What happens re credit score now? Does it stay bad for six years or does it suddenly start to do ok after five?

Your credit record will be shot for the whole six years regardless, then you should check your records and make sure all defaults were back to the start of your IVA.
