Crefitfix requires me to complete annual review through online. Always done it by post and no issue. Only this time they were saying they dont do paper copies anymore.. not really keen with this as i need to provide my log in details.

They can still do it with paper copies -- and cannot force you to give them sensitive information such as passwords, unless you agreed to this process up front -- which you did not.

ive just done my creditfix annual review today. my payments started in March so you may be asked soon to do yours. you will get an email and text message saying to go to an online portal and to complete an exercise via that system. I was to be honest OK about doing this however after an hour of trying to do this and three calls later I was told that I would have to send my income and expenditure form and bank statements via email.

two hours later and I think ive done it. I have had a £20 pay rise this year however bills have gone up so I work out I should be paying about £30 less per month.....we will see.

this is my first review as well. Now its just a waiting game i suppose. i will update you on the outcome!

I would never ever ever allow anyone to access my online banking. I would have many misgivings about this and not least is prospect of data hacks. Banks and other huge companies spend many millions on data security annually - I wouldn't trust a company like CreditFix to keep my data safe no matter what they say.

Personally, I would never put my details online - only ever did paper stuff.

I still haven't heard back from CF as yet 9 days later. I have called them and they said they are dealing with my review and I need to be patient!

They have until two months past the anniversary date to issue results.
