Hi there.

My IVA is currently being closed. My company have said I should receive my cc by Friday through email and two weeks by letter. Is the email the same as having the letter?

Many thanks

Both are the same - just print off your email and wait for your letter. Well done on finishing!

Thank you!

We are moving away and want to put the house up for sale. I looked on the land registry to see if the RX1 had been lifted. I downloaded title register but can’t see any RX1 on there. What would it say or look like?

Would it be logged under proprietorship register?

Hi Congratulations!
Can I just ask when did you make your last payment and which company are you with?

As it is a restriction, not a charge, it should appear in section B, as far as I am aware.
