Hi all, newly registered but been reading the forum past few months. This site is godsent to many for sure.
I started my IVA April 2012, made my final payment last July. Been waiting for CC, so called up provider to enquire.
They said one of the banks (my biggest creditor) returned their payment. Would I be worried? thanks
I think you need to ask why - seems strange to me.

It is not your problem ... you have fullfilled your obligations and are entitled to the certificate of completion so that you can get on with your life. Your IP can sort out the returned cheque himself and re-distribute it to the other creditors if need be.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Some firms take up to 6 months to close a case and issue a CC - check your proposals for what was allowed as an Admin period at the end. Keep the pressure on them to close.
