Too difficult to predict as it all depends upon the full picture, reason for debt, number of creditors, who they are, amount of debt and the amount you are offering to repay. Your IP will not put forward a proposal he/ she thinks will not get accepted.

Has the Nominees report been produced yet? The Nominee would not recommend the IVA proposals be presented to creditors for consideration if they did not think it had a reasonable prospect of success.

He is in the process and will be sending me the form by Tuesday to sign. I am just a bit worried about getting rejected but he seems positive on the phone.

My creditors are - Future Finance, 118118, Marbles, Barclaycard, Barclays overdraft, My Jar, 247 Moneybox, Lending Stream, Satsuma Loans, Mr Lender, Wage day advance, Ferratum, Pounds to Pocket and a couple of catalogue
