They are slow and cumbersome to deal with -- take as long as possible over everything and are not too good at communication. They have to be pestwered for results. That said there is the odd "flash in the pan" where you get a caring member of staff on your case. They are, regardless, one of the slowest in issuing a completion certificate. Soory ... but you did ask !

They took over mine from RSM Tenon & I never had any issues with them if I’m honest. That said, I never once had to contact them, my IVA ran very smoothly throughout so I can’t really comment on how well they resolve issues as I didn’t actually have any.
Completed my IVA quickly & I got my certificate within 2 months as well, which I was pleasantly surprised at given some of the horror stories I’ve read.
