Hi, it’s 3 months today that my IVA completed but it is still showing on the insolvency register am I expecting too much for it to be gone?

Mine went overnight on the very last day from the date of the CC, as I recall.

Have you asked the Insolvency people when they actually received your Completion Certificate? They do still come out with the '3 months from date of receipt' line so hopefully you are almost there.

Mine didn’t come off after 3 months so I sent them an email regarding it. They took it off within a few days once I did that.

I had my completion certificate in February stupidly I believed Creditfix when thwy told me they would inform the Insolvency register!
I have had a reply from the Insolvency register saying I need to send it or my supervisor does
I have sent the report now but i’m not sure it is all they want :( stupid me for thinking Credifix would do what they promised

The majority of IP's take this as one of their final duties ... as it always has been. However, of late Creditfix seem to deem it our responsibilty ( and a few others have followed their lead) --- the price, I guess, of being handled by the Easyjet of the Insolvency World and another indicator of their disregard (or disdain) for their clients.

Good for you recovering. My high street voucher is going to the local food bank, via a big shop at Aldi. Sorry to hear of your woe's with CreditFix!
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
