It would appear your IP company has sold out to Creditfix but your IVA will be safe.

CF are increasing their market share by purchasing caseloads from everywhere ! I would suggest that you read your proposal a few times and understant it inside out ... CF have loads of cases, from different firms, all written slightly differently and have been known to try to appy the wrong agreements. To be fair they do back down right away when shown the error of their ways. Their biggest failing is communication -- if you want an answer to anything you have to badger them mercilessly until you get a response. There are a couple of diamonds on staff and if you find one of those keep their name handy.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
