Hi. My partner has offered to provide funds for a f&f settlement of my IVA. He is happy to provide evidence of the funds ie his savings account but can he transfer the money to me so I can pay the IVA company or does it have to come direct from his account to the IVA company? He doesn't want to be financially linked in anyway. Thanks.
It would be better if he could transfer funds directly and it won't affect his credit rating at all. Just make sure your IP is aware that funds are only available for your F&F offer and won't be available if not accepted.
