So today Marks exactly 6 months since we made our final payment to Aperture after 6 long years... After multiple phone calls where I have been constantly fobbed off I called again yesterday to be told that our iva was officially closed on 13th February and that we should have received all the documents in the post and an email confirming this .... Nope absolutely nothing received by email or by post! So I was told they will send the documents by email and another hard copy in the post. 4 hours later I received an email saying “Congratulations your iva completed today!” With a little bit of info about what happens next. Absolutely no documents attached to the email or anything office... I mean seriously... what an absolute shambles....
You can make a complaint about this and I certainly would!!
