Apologies but I just need another moan..... it’s almost 6 months since our final payment was made and a completion certificate is still just a mere mythical thing... constant fobbing off every time I call Aperture... complaint email sent on Dec 29th absolutely zero reply.... I just want to cry... we desperately want to remortgage but can’t do a thing until we get the CC ... our iva was completely straight forward no missed payment, review done every year... On the 30th of June it will be SEVEN years since we first contacted the debt councillor who referred us to Grant Thornton now Aperture... it’s like there is no end in sight. I’m so so disappointed in Aperture. I just want to move on with my life. Every time I read about people getting ccs within weeks of their final payment whilst of course I’m happy for them I just want to cry and 6 months down the line we have nothing.... sorry for such a moaning post
No apologies needed ....
I am afraid this is Aperture's usual "thing". Even as GT they were the slowest firm in producing certificates -- Mine took 6 months before they had all the extra caseloads they have taken, and keep taking, on.
I can only suggest a complaint to their regulators --- to be honest, it will get you no resolution but they might get a slap on the wrist or a fine.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Same here..but mine has only been 3 months so far...I have a complaint letter ready to email and post recorded but am not hopeful after reading lots about Aperture on here, our lives will be on hold for as long as they sit on our cases, it's terrible they are allowed to do this, I feel your frustration.
