I’m just starting a full and final settlement to clear my IVA. I’m just wondering what proof the 3rd party needs to provide. Is an internet banking print out suffice?

You need to provide details as to where funds are coming from and that they are only available for that reason. If is from a bank account you can just get the party to provide details and blank out any other details on a bank statement

It is really down to the IP to decide what they would accept. Usually a bank statement showing the funds sitting there is sufficient. In these days when everything is being done online an internet banking printout seems to be OK. Most banks allow you to download and print off full statements.
