My circumstances have recently changed, I notified my IP and they have asked that I complete a new I&E form.

They have emailed me a copy of my current I&E but it’s been amended from the one I sent in July for my annual review. Which was accepted at the time with no comments or changes.

The main thing I’ve noticed they have changed is housekeeping - down from £310 for myself and my 15 year old daughter to £200 per month. They have also changed the number of people in the household from 2 to 1. And added a couple of bills that I don’t actually have.

Any ideas on why they would do this?

And shall I just change the figures back to my original ones on the new form?

Thank you
Huff

Contact them now and question the figures - could be an admin error.

Probably an admin error --- but I would amend the figures to reflect the truth.

Agreed - if the figures have previously been accepted then creditors accept them.

CF have been known to change figures down and then include allowances for things such as smoking even if the person in the IVA is a non-smoker.

Yes, thats exactly what they’ve done - added things in like car tax (which I don’t pay as my car is exempt),meals at work (which I don’t have) and dry cleaning (which again I don’t use).

I’m more perturbed as why they’ve missed my daughter off the number of people in the household.

I think I’m just going to put everything back to how I had it originally and add explanation as to why I made the changes.

Thanks everyone
