Has anyone had problems with Aperture responding to written requests and letters? When asked on the phone why they do not reply to questions raised via email or directly on their Client Portal they said they had a 3 WEEK BACKLOG to respond to questions. This is neither professional or acceptable from such organisations.

This is due to them, once again, taking on a large influx of cases from other providers without sensible resourcing. As before, it will gradually sort itself out, but not without a lot of angst and heartache for clients.
It would be interesting to see what their reaction would be if you took 3 weeks to respond to them each time thay want to know something !!
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

3 weeks will become 4 or 5 after the festive period- will take alot of focus to bring this downwards to a more acceptable level of wait. It really is not fair for those waiting for responses

Email again and threaten them with a complaint - usually works!
