Hello IVA Experts. I made my final payment to DFD in December, 2012. In mid 2013 i signed a deed of assignment letter to get my certificate of completion assuming that all PPI claims had been resolved by DFD. Then i got a couple of letters from credit cards saying i was due some more refunds, that duly went off to DFD to go against my remaining debt. It's now late 2017 and i've received some more letters from a couple of credit card companies saying i may be due even more compensation because of the Plevin rules. DFD have gone into administration & I am chasing down these extra claims. Will Aperture refund me for the time and admin i've been doing that was originally taken out of my monthly payments to DFD? Thanks in advance.

I doubt it. But always wh an ask. Personally I would have forwarded the letters to them and left them to do the leg work.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
