Hello IVA Experts. I made my final payment to DFD in December, 2012. In mid 2013 i signed a deed of assignment letter to get my certificate of completion assuming that all PPI claims had been resolved by DFD. Then i got a couple of letters from credit cards saying i was due some more refunds, that duly went off to DFD to go against my remaining debt. It's now late 2017 and i've received some more letters from a couple of credit card companies saying i may be due even more compensation because of the Plevin rules. DFD have gone into administration & I am chasing down these extra claims. Will Aperture refund me for the time and admin i've been doing that was originally taken out of my monthly payments to DFD?
