Are personal independent payments meant to be used as part of my IVA ?

I have personal independent payments, this is for my care needs, is this money meant to be used as part of my i.v.ar

Hi,

It is classed as income but should be offset against any needs you have.

As Kallis says, PIP is included as income, but most IP's offset it in the expenses column and allocate it to cover the expenses it is designed to cover. If you are just in the process of setting up an IVA and the Nominee doesn't do this, go to a different firm who will.
