Hi, I asked a few weeks back about getting some advice on mortgages. Haven’t yet received any reply. We are now Iva free and would like to move in the next 18months. Need some advice on how to go about getting a new mortgage, how much mortgage we could get etc. Thank you

Have you contacted Ryan or Shaun as suggested by Foggy in a previous post?

Hi -- a week ago you were replied to several times, including one from a mortgage advisor --- in case you missed it, have a look here:

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I'm not an expert on this but I would say there is advice available on how to build your credit rating back up. Small steady steps. Took me two years post IVA to get my credit rating slightly above average. I took all the advice that was freely available on here or online.

Hi,

I think OP is asking about a mortgage rather than sorting out credit ratings.

Certainly would recommend speaking to Ryan and or Shaun - both have supported forum members gain mortgages and move onwards from their iva days.
