Hi all, it looks like more wait for me... My biggest and newest creditor Tesco came back asking for 3 latest bank account statements. My current account was already closed but managed to get statements in branch, send them ASAP and sitting on a bomb now... Looks like one step of rejection and back to square one...
Not good! Hopefully they will see sense and agree! Fingers and everything else crossed!

This is not unusual with Tesco loans. Their agents often look for statements especially if there are recent borrowings as they like to see what the money was spent on. Hopefully it will not cause too much of a problem or delay.

Rejected by Tesco, the main and only reason is that the biggest loan is brand new and they cannot see my circumstances change...Tough but decided to go with DMP for few months and try another IVA later on probably...
Or do you think bankruptcy is an option??? We are renting privately, we share a car with my wife but vehicle belongs to her... Any advice will be appreciated... Cheers

If you have no assets to protect and your jobs allow it then BR is a possibility. I would have a chat with your local CAB about it .. or you can research and file online.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
