We just completed an 8 year IVA with GT / Aperture. Completed July 11th 2017 and I have the CC. It has been a long journey due to changes in circumstances and the ups and downs that life sends.
We want to thank the GT and Aperture teams for working with us and for us to find solutions. The Aperture team have been so supportive especially when we reached year 5 and we thought we couldn't finish they patently put up with tears, tantrums and my despair and came up with a an extension plan that has got us through. It has been very very hard but still the best decision ever and we feel so good now.
Also the Forum has been a massive support for the last 8 years. We have used the forum to inform our decision making and to check 'facts', we have learned so much about managing our money from this community and it has been a source of hope in some very dark days. Thanks peeps we'll keep looking in. Take care all xx

I am so pleased it has all worked out for you and you have finished!

Good luck for the future. Don't forget to keep an eye on your credit records.

Well done --- a long slog, but you got there in the end :-)

Great to hear some praise for GT / Aperture too :-)

Congratulations from me too and well done to Aperture/GT too. Most IVAs do run properly and we normally only hear about the problems but I suppose that it the nature of forums anyway.
