I've been offered a new job with better prospects for me. its in another city and the travel would cost at least £250.00 a month, but with the pay increase this would be fine as it would cover it. My question is would my IVA see the travel cost as unreasonable as it would mean I would be getting pay rise but wouldn't be able to up my payments but can still stick to the agreed amount I am currently paying? and maybe in the future once up my cost with the yearly payrise after this

I don't see a problem with this --- after all they are still getting what they signed up for, and possibly more in the long run. You will, however, have to justufy / prove the extra costs involved for them to be agreed as an allowable exoense. Have a chat with your IP.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
