Just a quick update regarding my Ppi after completion of Iva. Did a 6yr Iva which went really smoothly and finished March last year. Did the Ppi claims via the IP which i was adamant that i had never taken out any Ppi. All searches came back saying that No ppi found so case closed. 6 months later the ppi claims company said they could dig back further and tried again. Low and behold they found some ppi from a bank loan 23 yrs ago. The ppi was only 3500 but there was 8% statutory interest over 23 yrs which meant there was 7.5k interest on top. According to the T + C's of my Iva, I was entitled to the Statutory interest, minus tax and fees, so wasn't hopeful of actually receiving anything. Then yesterday out of the blue a cheque came through the post from Aperture for £1600. Happy days
