Post is ropey at the best of times in my area, they would have done their bit in good faith, I was just watching the register for any movement then saw the completion come up.
I prefer to keep it all electronic anyway, I'd only scan it in and bin the paper copy.

I have several electronic copies on different drives as well as the hard copies in the "box in the loft"

Glad to see quick completion for you, after the initial threads of trepidation a few years ago when Creditfix started hoovering up IVAs it seems that one area they are very competent in is completions.
