I have received my completion certificate on 10th Feb (IVA started July 2010) and would like to try and get a better mortgage deal. I'm currently with NRAM but would like to try and take advantage of lower interest rates . How should I go about this?

As far as I know NRAM do not lend any more and are looking to get rid of whoever they have. Contact Shaun Vickery from Select who posts here or Ryan and I am sure you will be able to get a better deal. Your credit should have well cleared up by now.

Any whole of market broker should be able to point you in the right direction. How does you credit file look?
