Well after nigh on 3 years in IVA, variation to accept a F & F payment was accepted.
I haven't posted for a while but have kept browsing the forum and has helped immensely during this time.
In short 3 years ago I had debt of £72k mainly due to gambling. My IVA was set up with payments of £675 per month.
For various reasons, I wished to end the IVA, and although many on here are against secured loan option, I deemed it best for myself.
Through contact with Select Partnership through this forum they took me effortlessly through this process. If you think a secured loan is right option for you, and for some it will be, I can't recommend this company enough.
Three years ago I thought I'd never see the light, but the IVA has offered me a fresh chance and lifted a weight off my shoulders.
There is light at end of tunnel even if it seems far away.

Well done. As you say the loan route isn't for everyone, but it is always worth looking at the options and getting the numbers so you can be informed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Great news and you can now move on. As you say not everyone is suited by a secured loan but it is there as an option for those who can use it.
