Hi, My wife and I are 3.5 years into our IVA and my wife has always had a company credit card purely for work purposed. The company have just changed their bank and have asked for my wife's personal details (name address etc) in order to get the new company credit card. Has anybody else got experience in this area? Is it allowed etc? Not sure if they will attempt to do a credit check or not but don#t really want to tell work about the IVA. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks

If work pays for the credit card bill I don't see there is any problem but hopefully one of the experts can confirm.

I think it would probably be just to check the ID of the card holders are genuine rather than a Credit check if the card is in the name of the company and it is the company that pays the bills.

I had a company credit card all the time I was in my IVA with no problems but had it already at the start of mi IVA.

I also had a company credit card half way through my IVA, AmEx did an ID check and there were no issues.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
