Hi, my IVA started with DFD 17th June 2015. I have sent my annual review information via email to the address on the cover letter with regards to my review nearly 2 weeks ago. Still waiting on a reply, which isn't uncommon from some of the other posts I have read. According to my IVA proposal which was accepted by thee creditors I was to make 12x payments of £166 in the first year, then the remaining 5 years at £134. If I don't hear from the review in the next 7 days or before my next payment is due, do I go ahead and drop the payments in line with the original proposal? I did take 2 months payment break near the beginning as I had repairs on my investment property to make. Would 2x£166 get added on before the payments went down, or is it always at the end of the 6 years? I have recently had a pay rise, only small £1019 per year. When I deduct all my expenses from the household income, then divide what's left by 2. It shows my payments could increase but only slight nothing that would make any significant impact on the IVA.
Sorry this has been missed. You need to chase DFD up and ask what is happening with your review and point out that you should be paying the lesser payment and that your payrise is not very much. Laura from DFD posts on here so you could try and contact her through her email address which is under the expert link on the left hand side of the page.
