Hi All!!,

Just thought I would share what I believe to be a positive post for all going through the difficult journey of an IVA, it's certainly not easy.

I can confirm that we have completed a re-mortgage on our home today with high street lender Halifax on a normal low rate thanks to the help of Zebra money which I would highly recommend.

We also pick up our brand new car tomorrow which we have got on low rate hp (not pcp) from a main dealer.

I just wanted people with worries about life after an IVA (like we did) to know that they need to ignore the scaremongering about no-one giving you credit for years after an IVA if at all!!. It is not true. Once your credit files are clear you will be able to obtain credit and we have done it easily and sensibly.

Wishing you all a bright and solvent future. X
An IVA is a long hard road but valuable lessons have been learnt along the way. Now looking forward to enjoying a debt free future!

Well done to you and a good positive news story around life after IVA. I'll shortly be there too as I completed in January and my credit file should be wiped clean in November.
For me, the IVA was the best thing I have ever done and gives me a fresh start. #128512;
