Thank you all for your comments. I'll try and calm down now and wait for my introduction letter from my new IP. It's just the unknown which bothers me and the fact that we can just be disposed of with a first class stamp x

I totally get that feeling! it was awful when Creditfix took over BUT fingers crossed it has been ok so far!

You have gone to a larger company in terms of market share.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
