Good Evening Iva Forum Friends
Having now been finished our IVA nearly 3 years ago
We want to Move home.
Do we need to declare that we were in a IVA Agreement when we apply to lenders ?
we have this year had a small bank loan approved and also have a credit card ( spend a little each month and paid in full each month) We did not mention IVA When these were applied for both of these and both approved ok

If they ask you should answer honestly.

"Are you in an IVA?" .......No
"Have you ever been in an IVA / arrangement " .....Yes

Many lenders are OK, some not so. It might be an idea to have a word with one of our brokers: Ryan and / or Shaun, who are experienced in the field of adverse credit.
