Hi,

I m with Payplan and to say that they are ruining my life at the moment is n understatement!

They are rude, unhelpful and demand more and more money from me and change the rules to their own advantage I feel like screaming!!!!! So much for helping people with money issues.

My husband is selling his business as it is unsustainable and not making any money, so will only have my income to support me and my already struggling family.

Has anyone appealed for a creditors meeting to request that payments made so far can be taken as F&F? I am in month 55 of my IVA?

Foggy should be able to help but it depends on a supportive ip.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I proposed a full and final based on payments made to date about half way through my IVA, due to a drastic change in circumstances that, basically, reduced my disposable income to near zero. My case was supported by the fact that I had made overtime payments and added PPI refunds to the pot to bring the dividend up.

As Lifenoteasy says, though, a lot will depend upon the support of your IP as he / she will make a recommendation in his / her report.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Keep badgering them - I found it helped when I was with them. Insist that they call a meeting sooner rather than later.

Speak to a supervisor rather than a case worker - you might get a better result, alternatively email your IP directly.
