I am already in an IVA for nearly 4 years, and have been approached about another debt. I have already made them aware at the beginning about this, how do i handle this, they are calling it a breach. Advice please

Hi and welcome,

Speak to your IP company about this - it should have been included if it was known about at the start.

Hi - If you can prove you disclosed this at the beginning of your IVA that will be a start.

The problem may be that for whatever reason it was missed and not included in your IVA proposals, which you will have signed as being accurate without picking up on the omission.

You need to liaise with your IP about this - have they made any suggestions to put the breach right?
