F&F accepted, we are thinking of moving to Australia. Would the IVA have any impact on this ?

We have just been accepted for a full and final settlement after only 11 months of being in my iva due to redundancy we are just waiting for the certificate. we are thinking of moving to Australia with my partners qualification i was just wondering would the iva have any impact on this.

Well done on getting the full and final accepted.

I don't think your IVA will have a problem with you moving.

I don't think so unless there is a quesiton about being insolvent on the VISA application form.

Sorry this isn't something I can answer - maybe someone else can.

UNless and until you get your CC you are still in the IVA and technically insolvent.

Congrats on finishing, and so early too.

Please note that your credit rating will still be affected for another 5 years. Not sure if this will affect the VISA either.

for Aus the IVA will not affect you, there is no Credit check either.
