Hello all its been a while.
Having been with Philip Gill & Co for the first 5+ years of my IVA I was transfered to Credit fix me. Since the transfer the new company seem to be lacking in communication. Has anyone else had this?
So now into 4 months into my 7th year due to having a 6 year IVA and not able to equity release last year but not had a yearly review yet since transfer in 2014. Worried that the end in Sept is not going to be very smooth.

Unfortunately standard for them.

Start chasing at the point it meets your needs and be prepared for erratic service.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

You just need to keep doing what you are required to do but keep any attempts at correspondence that you may have made. I am surprised that you have not had an annual report but they must have been done otherwise creditors and the regulators would not be happy.

Contact your IP and ask for the reports to be sent to you.
