Hello everyone!
Just a quick one regarding completion certificates. The completion date on the cert, is it the date that the IVA started passing through closures (Or there abouts) or the date that the cert was drafted and sent out?

Hi,

The completion date is the one when the IVA is finished.

Usually the same - the day your IP sends it out is normally the completion date.
